Rick Pauley and his team came to my rescue when my "local handyman installed" sump pump system failed during a rain storm that knocked out power and allowed 22,000 gallons of water to accumulate in my crawlspace! Rick responded to my call within hours with submersible pumps to get the situation under control. He followed up with a plan to upgrade my crawlspace with a new efficient sump pump system. After a thorough cleaning and installation he also offered a budget friendly solution of sloping the grade around the foundation that directs water away during downpours.
